My printer will not print
    There can be a number of reasons your printer will not print.  Make sure that everything is connected in the right place.
Make sure there is paper in the printer.   Make sure you are printing to the right printer.  Is your printer install correctly?
if you are still having trouble uninstall the printer then reinstall it.


My Program will not instill
    Check for these things-  Do you have enough memory?  (see memory table in My Computer )  Is the disk damaged or scratched?  Do you meet all of the program .requirements  Do you have enough RAM? (Random Available Memory)


My Internet does not display certain webpages
     Check for these things-  Does the site require Cookies?  Are you connected to the internet?  Does your network prohibit the website?  Does it require Flash or Java?  Make sure the website is spelled correctly? If  no then the website might be down


My pictures will not Display on my website
    Check the following on your website.  Do your pictures have spaces or symbols in it?  (has to be one word) Can not mention drives or folders just the name of the picture.  Did you enter the right HTML code?  ( <img src=" "> )


My program will not work
    Is your program missing files?  Make sure your program is installed correctly.  Make sure you have enough RAM to run the program.  Your program may have something wrong with it that is not fixable.


My Microsoft Excel will not make my graph
    Make sure your numbers are lined right.  Did you chose your graph.  Did you click insert Graph?


My Powerpoint is not adding pictures
    Make sure you have the right slide format.  Did you chose the right picture file. The you insert the picture by clicking on it twice?


I can not find My computer on Window's Xp
    Click on  start and click on My computer.


I can't make a network
    Make sure that all computers are connected.  Make sure all computers have the network setting on.  Your computer might be too small for a network.  For more info on networks Click here


I changed the settings on the properties menu but it changes back to the old settings next time.
    Make sure that you click on the Apply button.  If it still does it and you are on a network then your network's server automatically changes your settings back to the default page.  The only way you can change this is by not being connected to a network.


I can't share files or receive shared files on my network.
    Make sure that you are connect to a network properly.  Make sure the files you are sharing are on share mode.  To change this right-click on the file or folder you want to share and go to Properties and  click on the tab that says Sharing.  Check the box that says Share this file and Click Apply.   Your file or folder is now on your network.


My graph does not come out right in Excel
     Make sure you enter the numbers correctly.  Remember it has to be lined up right.  Did you select all of the numbers you typed?  Try choosing a different type of graph.  


When I click on a link in my favorites list it shows a error message
    Make sure you put the right web address on there.  Refresh the page your internet server may have timed out.  try adding it to your favorites list again.
